The Ministry of Education, Employment and Gender Affairs
welcomes applications for the following HR roles:
To support the Chief Officer to deliver the mandate for the Ministry by providing professional support, management and leadership in the development and delivery of strategic and corporate Human Resources services aligned to the Ministry’s strategic vision, objectives and performance commitments.
The post holder will focus on enhancing the technical capacity within the Human Resource Management function. They will lead a team of 10 HR professionals and semi-professional/administrative staff, delivering HR and payroll services to 850 employees across a range of departments.
Sound tertiary education is essential and must include a Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline; Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. A professional qualification in HR is also desirable. The post holder must be a seasoned HR professional with 7-10 years’ mid-management experience covering a wide range of human resources areas of which 5 years must be at the strategic level.
The remuneration package for the successful candidate is offered without deductions. The Cayman Islands Government provides an additional 12% pension contribution and 100% health insurance coverage for the employee and their dependents
