The Ministry of Education, Employment and Gender Affairs
welcomes applications for the following HR roles:
To provide high quality strategic and operational HR services and advice to the core Ministry and its departments and units. This is a key leadership role within the centralised HR Unit for the Ministry, which combines both strategic and operational dimensions. It requires an individual with initiative and a strong service orientation, secure in his/her practice as an HR professional.
Qualifications and experience – Graduate degree in HR Management or related field combined with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of progressive HR generalist responsibilities, with experience and strengths in a breadth of human resource disciplines especially employee relations, recruitment and HR policy development as well as supervisory or staff management experience. A professional qualification in Human Resource Management and/or public policy or Masters in HRMS is preferred.
The remuneration package for the successful candidate is offered without deductions. The Cayman Islands Government provides an additional 12% pension contribution and 100% health insurance coverage for the employee and their dependents
