The Department of Community Rehabilitation

Invites applications for the position of:

Executive Officer II

Salary: $29,438 - $39,564 per annum

The Department of Community Rehabilitation is responsible for the supervision and rehabilitation of adult offenders in the Cayman Islands.

Responsibilities of this post will include but are not limited to:-

  • Provide a full range of secretarial/administrative and accounts duties
  • Greeting clients, answering and directing telephone calls
  • Maintaining and managing departments filing system
  • Processing purchase orders and entering payables in the IRIS System

Persons applying for this position must have the following skills/experience

  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Good work attendance, telephone manners, customers service and confidentiality are essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An Associate degree in the related field and or two (2) years’ experience
  • Proficiency in the use of various software programmes including Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Case Management System
  • Manage all other requirements as outlined in the Job Description
