Warning Declared for Dean
At 10:00 p.m. tonight, Saturday, 18 August, the National Hurricane Committee declared a hurricane warning , which means that the Cayman Islands could begin experiencing tropical storm or hurricane conditions within 24 hours from the declaration. 18th August 2007, 10:58pm
