The Unity Government and the Civil Service is serious about providing the public with more streamlined processes and reduced waiting times in their interactions with the Civil Service. Aligned with the Civil Service 5-Year Strategic Plan, the Red Tape Cutting Campaign contributes to the delivery of outstanding customer experience and will move the Cayman Islands Civil Service closer to the overall goal of creating a world-class Civil Service. Through this campaign the Civil Service is taking steps to identify initiatives that improve customer service and the experience of its customers.
