General Conditions: The National Hurricane Center in Miami Florida is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression two. At 10 a.m. Tropical depression Two was located near 17.9 N 90.0 W or about 140 miles sout southeast of Campeche Mexico and is moving west northwest near 8 mph with max sustained winds near 30 mph. THIS DEPRESSION POSES NO THREAT TO THE CAYMAN ISLANDS. Decreasing cloudiness is expected over the Cayman Islands from this afternoon as the weather associated with tropical depression 2 moves over the western Caribbean.
