In-transit and Other Visa Required Nationals

Persons submitting V1 Visitor Visa Forms using the online forms, are asked to also complete the PDF version of the form and email it including all of your supporting documents (e.g.police clearance) and proof of payment to: CBC.STV@gov.ky

Make one payment submission for each application. Do not make multiple payment attempts. When you email the PDF application form to us, we can confirm if payment was not received.

Note: This form is used to apply for a Visa to enter and/or transit the Cayman Islands and can be used for a single-entry visit or multiple entries.

C1 - Import Entry (to be completed when making a request for a refund)
C2 – Export Entry (goods leaving the jurisdiction)
C3 – Import Entry for Goods to be Warehoused (goods to be stored in bonded w/house)
C4 – Transshipment Entry (goods transshipped thru and not remaining Cayman)
C5 – Unaccompanied personal effects (persons taking up residence)
