The Ministry of Social Development & Innovation is reimagining social development by supporting and uplifting Cayman’s most vulnerable people with new or revamped services; and advancing the digital and innovation capacities of the Cayman Islands.
 
In pursuit of these goals, the Ministry seeks to facilitate smooth and efficient delivery of Government services, with the innovative use of technology and the fostering of modern business processes across Government.
 
To assist and uplift vulnerable and disadvantaged Caymanians, the Ministry has been given the responsibility of reforming social development, through meaningful, measurable, efficient and effective changes to Government’s policies and programmes of social assistance.
