WHAT WE DO
The Cayman Islands Government, through the Crown, owns over 670 Parcels of Real Estate, comprising approximately 4,100 acres of land on Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.

Accordingly, the Portfolio of the Ministry of District Administration and Lands includes responsibility for managing Crown lands. This portfolio, however, does not include Statutory Authorities, who hold real estate in their own name.

Operational Crown properties are managed by the Government entity in occupation. Non-operational Crown properties are managed by the Lands & Survey Department.
