Complaints

Complaints can be made via email, telephone, mail, or in person.

The Ministry's Complaints Officer will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days if it being lodged.

The Ministry aims to resolve matters as soon as possible and will furnish you with a written response.

Should the complainant be unsatisfied with the Ministry's response, the complainant can contact The Ombudsman of the Cayman Islands.
