Grand Cayman, 17 April 2024 - Customs & Border Control Service (CBC) is currently experiencing issues with some of our online services, namely the Visitor Work Visas and Visas & Extensions online applications. Technicians are working diligently to fix this issue.

CBC asks customers to visit the offices in person to submit and pay for applications. Customers can print and download PDF application forms by visiting  https://www.gov.ky/cbc/forms.

Visitor Extensions, Student, and Visitor Visas – Complete the application and provide the necessary supporting documents to be submitted at the Visa office located at 94A Elgin Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman.

Visitor Work Visas – Payments can be made by the passenger on the day of arrival. If you require further assistance, please email CBCSeniorOfficers@gov.ky   or CBC.OnlineSupport@gov.ky
